Today I'm featuring one lovely apartment in the middle of the city. I'm so in love with the art on the bedroom wall! Also the orange blanket is getting all my attention at the moment, and I'm not even a big fan of orange.

Don't you just love the grey floors and the art on the kitchen walls?

I love the book shelf on the wall, so pretty way of showing your favorite books! Happy day my friends!

this year...

The Christmas is almost over now, and BOY - what a year it's been! So much fun going on... We bought our new apartment in April, or more exactly a hole where the new home will arise some day in the future... Not yet, but maybe during 2011.

We also re-decorated my guy's place when I moved in... The balcony went pink.

Some of the furniture got new look.

We sold my sweet little single girl's nook.

What else... OH yeah, my guy popped the question!

I've also been featured in some of the greatest blogs in this world!

Also, my regular Wednesday wallpaper postings on DR have been successful, thank you Dagny for creating such a great meeting place!

Today's Stockholm apartment is a cozy studio with some lovely art hanging on the walls.

Don't you just love the floors? I do.

Now, my best friend arrives today, and I'm on a holiday this week, so we get to enjoy Christmassy Stockholm together. Some more shopping, little bit Champagne in a bar like this one? Bliss.

pink & blue

I love the soft pastels in this pretty home I found via Lennoxx. The coloring is quite like the one I’m imaging for our new livingroom.

Light blue and pale pink is such a lovely combination. Also love the furniture mix.

The painting with Toile pattern is wonderful, I think it looks like framed wallpaper, like the ones I wrote about here.

And since we talk about wallpapers, have a look at this fabulous entryway! Such beautiful use of bold pattern and subtle coloring. Cool and super feminine!

Here, my friends, is quite possibly the most beautiful home ever! I’m sharing it with you now since I know you love it too, and I cannot wait to next Tuesday to show this wonderful Stockholm apartment.

We’ve got some pretty items here, huh? I can’t believe how this home owner so effortlessly plays with gold baroque pieces, and the cool Marilyn painting at the back. More pictures of it will follow!

This room is a color sensation! I will never again say Scandinavians are afraid of color!

You see what I mean? Love.

I’m amazed by this! Stencils for a ceiling, isn’t it just divine? It’s an idea that’s actually quite easy to DIY, don’t you think? I’m staring at our ceiling as we speak and wonder how this would look in our little home.

This is such a marvellous look! The gold pattern looks very Moroccan to me, but goes great even with modern interiors. You think one should have airy room in order to make this look good? I’m sure also a standard room height would do…
