Good morning and happy November {soon}!

I’ve been looking for the perfect sofa for us, and cannot decide between these good ol’darlings.

What we have is one modern brown leather couch, it’s Ikea style and also here to stay. Now, I’d like to create a square space for a lot of friends to hang out.

On top of my list is this, or two of these

Ofcourse, not too inventive but a big love object of mine. Then, I’d like to add one of this style sofa:

In grey. Yes, brown, grey and white. How do you feel about it?

I’m sure it would look great! Maybe a wallpaper like this

And a carpet like this to get all the elements together

I'm so excited about my friend Dagny's newest {?} project, Design Refuge. She is hosting a challenge this is me and I'm ofcourse dying to join it! So, this is sooo me

I'm a glamour loving girl, no point in trying to convince anyone otherwise! I simply believe Coco was right with A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.

My style aesthetics follow the same line, I love surround myself in beautiful, luxurius things. This does not equal expensive, most of my stuff is self made and garage sales finds.

 

I’m loving light greys and blues paired with gold and mustard colored velvets. I dream of living like this

 

And silver and mirrored items make me thirsty, mostly for Mojito.

I’m torn between all the ideas about how to paint this table, and even if I love it as-is, I still feel like re-painting it.. So, here I’ve been collecting all these lovey color samples but just cannot make my mind. I think it’ going to be be gray-turquoise with some brown in it. We’ve got a brown sofa and I want it to go with gray as well…

I will let the last image to serve as my color inspiration du jour. Wish I lived like that.

I loved the lamps here, and really enjoy the look of plain wood kitchen. I visited the largest house&home exhibition in our Northern countries last weekend, and noticed the many wooden { mainly birch } details in interiors. I love how the kitchen tablen is build of same planks as the floors.

white bedroom

I’mdreaming of everything white now. Or maybe not everything but I’m dying to have a whole white bedroom. Something like these maybe? Now when the summer is gone, and all the colorful flowers, textiles, pot & cans are put away, I feel for the luxury of white clean linens, and very cozy dark nights at home.

brunch

It’s been a couple of fantastic days in Stockholm, and we are really enjoying the sun. Busy weeks but the weekends are so lovely. We didn’t make it to Italy last weekend since I’ve been sick but fortunately Stockholm is really beautiful with the full autumn colors everywhere.
