While I was doing my most sunday fun ever I also stumbled on this baby. Okay, first, this apartment { house but it’s so weird that there would a whole house for sale in midtown Stockholm! } is uhm-believable. Second, the interiors, I’m sure some of you might agree, is quite so disasterous. So, what money could buy you… { ladies and gentlemen, you are SO MANY out there who do amazing things, with or without money } and what obviously cannot be bought… well, sort it out yourself!

But, anyhoo, have a look at the house. The ceilings, the walls { no, don’t look at them, or just use your imagination how they could look }, the floors…

my friend’s flat

It’s time to go for a tour into this place, to see what pretty apartments are for sale this month! I also found this beautiful flat, which belongs to my friend who’s selling it now in fave for a new home. She’s got lovely style don’t you agree?

I found this fabulous home recently via Wallstreet journal and decided to share it with you. There’s plenty color in this Manhattan residence. How do you like the Russian soprano Netrebko’s nest?

I love the collection of old glasware! Russians are quite famous for their glas, so i think this is very cool. How about the lightning? I love that cristal chandelier. How about the orange chest? Beautiful.

confess color

yeah, it’s time for the largest design trade fair in Scandinavia, Formex! as many other design obsessed freaks I received my invitation some months ago, and today was the day one. I loved it, obviously!

Good thing this year is that, besides it’s getting towards autumn { hooray! } weather, Scandinavian design scene is confessing COLOR! “I can’t believe it” you say, no? Well yes, we’ve got color, and it’s not even spring!

This French company was one of my favorites. It’s called Laissez Lucie Faire and I think their stuff is fabulous!

This is awesome, I just got my own death skull candlestick from the latest Orrefors collection. It’s so cool don’t you think? Let me find a spot for it and shoot some nice pictures later on.

blue&white kitchen

I’m slowly coming back to reality again, after a long and well-deserved holiday. I’m still off, but the new job { yippee } starts within some weeks from now, and I’m really looking forward to it.

I probably mentioned that we made the decision about materials for the new home…? The kitchen is going to be amazing! Anyhow, I’m into blue&whites, still… Like sweet Ashlina, I cannot get enough of these images

our holiday finds

We’ve been on a holiday, travelling around Southern Sweden by car, and visiting friends & family. We also visited some pretty cool fleamarkets and garage sales… here’s my newest finds…

plates, plates, plates… I love vintage plates, so I’m trying to collect them as soon as I see them. Right now my collection looks like this here:

Silver hardware… Ofcourse I need to collect beautiful silver items too! Found these lovely tea pots for not-much-money-at-all! Also the tray is from the fleamarket.

Since it’s a rainy day we have stayed inside and fixed things here. I’ve done some wall decorations…
