I promised to show you the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while… Deep in the Swedish forrest in Småland { sorry about it, but it IS a deep deep forrest } you can find a hilarious little city called High Chaparral. Yes, it’s a { almost } authentic little America in the middle of nowhere { again, sorry }! We took JW’s niece there for a day of cowboy fun, allthough I’m sure I was the one who was most excited about it. Absolute must-see if you ever visit South Sweden.
Any thoughts?? I’ve got one: I must visit the USA!

swedish kakelugn
My friends, I’m sorry about the less frequent posting lately… It’s been a few busy weeks, and a lot family gatherings. This weekend we had the annual midsummer party, you know the party when the sun basically never goes down and people are out partying the whole night { weekend }. We spent the weekend in beautiful Småland, a landscape filled with forrests and lakes in South of Sweden. I know so many of you love the Swedish interiors and cottage style, and while driving around the countryside my mind was exploring this… the Swedish kakelugn. It’s one of those items no-one should live without, right?
Right, and we also visited one absolutely fabulous place… let me tell you more about it tomorrow!
