This is a pretty Stockholm flat. The carpets look very nice, but unfortunately I cannot see the carpet in the bedroom... It's pretty Ikea all the way but it still looks great! The lamps are really simple and nice, lovely colorful paintings and I love ofcourse the room height and the light coming in through the windows { beauuutiful windows, those don't need any decoration at all }

I received a sweet note from a NY designer group called LostCity, and OH man I love their stuff! Have you seen? Well go for a lookie then! My favorites are the Medieval collection with all the gold details. And mirrored pillows. Oh and the chairs too... What's your favorite?

The weather is getting warmer now and early this morning I heard the first birds singing! Maybe not the first ones but Pablo beeped a bit when he heard it. But the snow is still here, I'm sure it'll stay for some more weeks as you can see through this lovely apartments windows.

fab saturday
This weekend has been such fabulous. We spent the whole saturday baking carrot cake muffins and cinnamon and vanilla rolls and enjoyed all the yummy stuff together with a bunch of friends and their kids. Such a lovely day! I also got so many tulips that make the whole apartment smell divine for a long time. Bliss.

I'm excited about this Danish photograph's work. The Danes seem to be good at whatever they create, fashion, interiors, designs, photoes... you name it. Check out these soft tones! The pendant light is so fab it almost makes me wanna puke. Talking about puking... my best girl's baby boy is out in the real life now! OH JOY!

my best girls lovely home
My best girl has moved back to Stockholm with her man and the sweet couple is expecting their first kid to be delivered any day now { the baby is actually quite late so we are not quite sure if he ever comes out... it's so bloody cold in Stockholm so if I could decide whether to come out or stay in there where it's always warm and nice and food all around I don't think I wouldn't bother coming either }. However, the home is so sweet and I had to walk around with iPhone { sorry about the quality } in my hand and shoot. No pics of the nursery yet though...

I love the easiness of this home! It's such great color combination, and don't forget the floors... I love the middle east carpets and all the paintings this family has hanged on their walls. Yet another day and I'm doing my favorite hobby. My best friend is just about to pop out their first kiddo, and I'm into looking&shopping sweet babythings. This flat is so fine, specially the baby stuff! Love love.
I wonder wheter 2010 would be a good year to buy a bigger flat? This lovely home is for sale and it's located in the best town part, Kungsholmen in Stockholm. I will just keep on dreaming... have a happy day girls!
